JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum five (5) O’ levels passes with Mathematics & English included.

At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar or related job function.

Cashing experience – receiving of Linx and cheque payments and balancing with system generated Reports.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel – Certificates would be an asset.

Able to transcribe data in an accurate manner.

Experience with Insurance Claims submission is an asset.

Experience in Customer Service. Use of proper English and able to smile and engage with customers.

Flexibility in working hours. Able to do call-outs on short notice. Able to work overtime to support team when short-staffed.

Team player. Mature and able to communicate effectively with co-workers.

Highly motivated and able to work in fast paced environment.

Punctuality. Able to facilitate handover before and after change of Shift.

Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Furthering studies in Accounts/CSR will be an asset.
