The Medical Laboratory Assistant Program is designed to equip students with the foundational scientific knowledge, practical competencies, and professional attributes required to provide competent and efficient support within the medical laboratory environment. The program offers an introduction to essential aspects of laboratory practice, including specimen collection and handling, preparation and processing of biological samples, basic laboratory procedures, equipment maintenance, infection prevention and control, biosafety, quality assurance, and laboratory administration.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
