COVID-19 PCR and Antigen Drive-Thru Testing

St. Augustine Private Hospital offers Drive-Thru COVID-19 PCR and Antigen Swab Testing at our Hospital’s Carpark located on Austin Street, St. Augustine.

We remain committed to you our customers and are ready to assist you during this pandemic. Patient care remains our main priority at this time. We are committed to all national protocols to ensure the safety of our patients and employees.

PCR TESTING

  • Drive-thru testing only will be facilitated at a cost of TT$1,000.00
  • Swab testing will be conducted by healthcare professionals in full PPE
  • Processing of tests will be conducted by an approved Laboratory
  • Results will be provided within 24 hours

ANTIGEN TESTING

  • Drive-thru testing only will be facilitated at a cost of TT$400.00
  • Swab testing will be conducted by healthcare professionals in full PPE
  • Processing of tests will be conducted by an approved Laboratory
  • Results will be provided on the same day of testing for travel purposes

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

  • PCR and Antigen swab testing will be available everyday from 7:00am to 11:00am.
  • In reference to the new USA travel requirements, effective Monday 6th December 2021, all Antigen test results will be available on the same day of testing for travel purposes.
  • An appointment is required. Appointments MUST be made via our online appointment facility. CLICK HERE
  • All patients are required to complete the relevant forms provided (Patient Information Form and Patient Authorization Form) and email a scanned or picture of completed forms to COVID-19@saphtt.com. Please note that forms for our PCR testing and Antigen Testing vary. Please download the form relevant to the test you wish to have completed.
  • All forms MUST be submitted electronically to minimize contact. Failure to complete and submit these forms upon scheduling of your appointment will result in the denial of your PCR or Antigen Testing.
  • Patients are required to proceed to the Make an Appointment button below to schedule your time slot.
  • Please present a form of national identification upon arrival.
  • You are kindly asked to present yourself in a timely manner for your appointment. Please note that should you miss your allocated appointment, this will result in an automatic cancellation. In this case, you will be required to reschedule your appointment online.
  • You are to remain in your vehicle at all times and will be directed accordingly to the swabbing area.
  • All persons in the vehicle MUST wear a mask.
  • Only CARD payments (Linx / Credit Card) will be available on site.
