The Surgical Scrub Technician Program is designed to provide specialized training for individuals seeking to become an integral part of the surgical team. Scrub technicians are responsible for maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures, ensuring that all surgical instruments are prepared, handled, and sterilized properly.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- At the end of this program, graduates will be able to integrate theoretical knowledge, technical skills, and professional competencies to safely and effectively function as entry-level Surgical Scrub Technicians, demonstrating proficiency in aseptic practice, surgical instrumentation, patient preparation and positioning, interprofessional collaboration, and intraoperative assistance across a range of surgical specialties, in accordance with current evidence-based standards and facility protocols.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAINEES
- Must be 17 years or older at the time of enrollment
- A minimum of 3 CXC passes (Math, English & 1 Science)
- Clinical experience will be an asset
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Course Fee – $15,000
- Pay the full amount at registration to receive a discounted fee of $12,000.
- 6-Month Payment Plan also available: $7,500 required at acceptance, and monthly payments of $1,500 for 5 months thereafter.
