PROJECT STRUCTURE
Duration:
Fifteen weeks (3-4 months)
Total Instructional Hours:
Approximately 210- 220 hours
Learning Components:
Didactic (classroom/online)
– Approximately 55- 60 hours over the first 9 weeks
Practical lab training
– Approximately 55- 60 hours over the first 9 weeks
Clinical practice
– Approximately 100 hours (3 months) @ approximately 16 hours/ week for the last 6 weeks
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAINEES
- Must be 17 years or older at the time of enrollment
- A minimum of 3 CXC passes (Math, English & 1 Science)
- Clinical experience will be an asset
